For Urbanity Premium Detailing, we redesigned and developed a custom WordPress website with full-screen imagery, refined layouts, targeted service pages, and clear enquiry pathways that better reflect the high-end experience of the brand.
Urbanity Premium Detailing is a high-end vehicle detailing studio based in Melbourne’s eastern suburbs, offering services such as ceramic coating, paint correction, window tinting, and specialist detailing for prestige, performance, and enthusiast vehicles.
Having worked with Urbanity Premium Detailing across multiple stages of their brand journey, Spacey Studios was engaged to completely redesign and redevelop their website as the business continued to grow.
The existing site, also built by our team, had served the business well at an earlier stage. But as Urbanity’s reputation, service offering, and visual presence evolved, the website needed to level up too.
The goal was clear: create a sleek, sophisticated, and premium digital experience that better reflected the quality, craftsmanship, and luxury feel of the Urbanity brand.
Urbanity Premium Detailing needed a website that matched the standard of their work.
Their business is built around precision, presentation, and premium care, so the website had to create the same feeling customers experience when collecting a freshly detailed vehicle from the studio.
The project needed to move beyond a simple informational website and become a more immersive brand experience. It had to showcase their work visually, explain their services clearly, support product and service education, and make it easy for potential customers to enquire from the pages most relevant to their needs.
The new site needed to:
The Urbanity team gave us a high level of creative freedom, guided by three key words: sleek, sophisticated, and premium.
We used those principles to shape the full creative direction of the website. Rather than relying on dense content or overly complex layouts, we created a visual-first experience built around strong photography, spacious page design, refined typography, and immersive full-screen image sections.
The site was redesigned and developed from the ground up on WordPress. We retained and refined some existing content where appropriate, but reworked the overall structure, design system, and user experience to better support the brand’s next stage of growth.
The result was a website that felt more polished, more cinematic, and more aligned with the luxury automotive experience Urbanity delivers.
Imagery played a major role in the project.
Urbanity’s work is highly visual by nature, with detailed finishes, glossy paintwork, premium products, and high-end vehicles all forming part of the brand experience. We wanted the website to use this imagery with impact, rather than treating it as supporting decoration.
Across the site, we introduced large image sections, full-width visuals, immersive page headers, and strong product and vehicle photography to bring the brand to life.
This helped create an experience that feels more atmospheric and aspirational, while giving prospective customers a stronger sense of the quality they can expect from Urbanity Premium Detailing.
A key part of the new website was the introduction of more targeted landing pages.
Rather than grouping everything into broad service descriptions, we created dedicated pages for key services, product partnerships, and niche promotional opportunities. This made it easier to educate customers, support search visibility, and direct visitors to the information most relevant to them.
One standout example was the Gyeon Certified Studio landing page. As one of the few Gyeon Certified Studios, Urbanity wanted to highlight this exclusivity and explain the benefits of the premium products used in their ceramic coating work.
The dedicated page acted both as an extension of the website and as a standalone marketing asset, helping build trust and transparency around the products, process, and certification.
We also developed targeted pages for niche audiences, including electric vehicle owners. As the EV market continued to grow in Melbourne, this gave Urbanity a more specific way to connect with a fast-growing customer segment and promote relevant detailing offers.
While the website was designed to feel premium and image-led, usability was still a key priority.
We improved the sitemap and page structure to make it easier for visitors to find relevant information in fewer steps. Service pages, product pages, package information, gallery content, and contact pathways were all considered as part of the broader user journey.
We also added contact details and enquiry forms across many of the key service, package, and product pages. This reduced the number of steps required for prospective customers to get in touch, making it easier to enquire at the moment they were most engaged.
The aim was to create a website that felt visually impressive without getting in the way of conversion.
The website was built on WordPress with a fully responsive design approach.
Because customers may discover or revisit the site from a range of devices, it was essential that the experience felt strong across desktop, tablet, and mobile. Every page was carefully adapted to maintain visual impact, readability, and ease of navigation across different screen sizes.
The final build combined a highly visual front-end with a flexible WordPress foundation, giving Urbanity a platform that could continue to support new services, campaigns, landing pages, and future growth.
The final website gave Urbanity Premium Detailing a digital presence that better matched the calibre of their work.
It feels sleek, premium, and immersive, with strong imagery, refined layouts, and targeted content designed to inspire confidence and encourage enquiries.
The new site introduced more detailed service information, dedicated landing pages, improved navigation, stronger enquiry pathways, and a visual direction that more accurately reflects the high-end experience customers associate with Urbanity.
The client response throughout the process was incredibly positive, with Urbanity’s director sharing strong feedback about the design direction, overall outcome, and the reaction from others who had seen the site.
For Urbanity, the result is a website that not only explains what they do, but helps people feel the quality, care, and detail behind the brand before they even step into the studio.
Urbanity Premium Detailing remains one of our favourite website projects because it gave us the freedom to create something truly visual, polished, and distinctive.
The client trusted us creatively, which allowed us to push the design further than a standard service-based website. Instead of simply presenting information, we were able to create a digital experience that feels closer to the atmosphere of the brand itself — sleek, refined, and built around beautiful automotive imagery.
What we enjoyed most was designing a website where the visuals could do so much of the storytelling. With premium cars, high-end detailing products, and such a strong sense of craftsmanship behind the business, the design needed to let the work shine while still guiding users clearly through the site.
We were also proud of how the website balanced brand experience with practical conversion pathways. The site looks highly visual and immersive, but it still makes it easy for visitors to explore services, learn about product partners, discover targeted offers, and enquire from the pages that matter most.
The client feedback made the project even more rewarding. Hearing how proud and excited the Urbanity team felt about the website reinforced that the design had done what it needed to do — not just functionally, but emotionally.
For us, this project is a strong example of what can happen when a client has a clear sense of their brand, trusts the creative process, and gives the design enough space to become something memorable.
Here are a few more projects that showcase how we approach branding, design, and digital with clarity and intention.
