For Karuma Autohaus, we designed and developed a modern Webflow website with automated vehicle syncing, structured inventory browsing, and an interactive finance calculator to create a smoother, more confident buying experience.
Karuma Autohaus is a used motor vehicle dealership based in Mordialloc, Victoria, offering a curated range of quality vehicles to customers across Melbourne and beyond.
As the dealership continued to grow, Karuma needed a website that could do more than simply display basic business information. They needed a central digital hub that they could fully own — a platform that could showcase live inventory, support customer decision-making, reduce reliance on third-party marketplaces, and create a smoother path from browsing to enquiry.
Spacey Studios was engaged to design and develop a modern Webflow website with a custom vehicle synchronisation tool, structured inventory browsing, detailed vehicle pages, and an interactive finance calculator designed to make repayment estimates easier to understand.
Vehicle dealership websites come with a unique set of challenges.
Inventory changes often. Vehicles are added, sold, repriced, updated, and photographed regularly. If this information has to be manually updated across multiple platforms, it creates unnecessary admin, increases the chance of errors, and makes it harder to keep the website accurate.
For Karuma Autohaus, the website needed to stay aligned with their internal dealership management system without requiring constant double-handling.
The project also needed to support a clear and trustworthy customer experience. Buying a used vehicle is a considered decision, so customers need access to detailed specifications, clear imagery, pricing information, finance guidance, and simple enquiry pathways. The website had to feel polished and credible, while staying fast, practical, and easy to use — especially on mobile.
The key challenges were:
We approached the website as both a brand platform and an inventory system.
From a design perspective, the goal was to create a modern, clean, and confidence-building experience that helped customers browse vehicles without friction. The interface needed to feel professional and trustworthy, while keeping the content simple to scan.
From a development perspective, the priority was structure. The site needed a strong CMS foundation that could handle detailed vehicle listings, multiple data fields, image galleries, filters, sold archives, and future service pages without becoming difficult to manage.
We designed the website around key user journeys, including browsing available vehicles, viewing detailed vehicle pages, exploring finance estimates, learning about Karuma’s services, and making an enquiry.
This helped shape the navigation, page hierarchy, listing structure, and call-to-action pathways across the site.
The defining feature of the project was the custom vehicle sync tool we developed between EasyCars Dealer Management Software and the Webflow CMS.
Because there was no out-of-the-box solution that matched Karuma’s required workflow, we built a custom automation that pulls vehicle data from EasyCars and maps it into Webflow across more than 50 CMS fields.
This includes core vehicle information such as make, model, year, price, odometer, specifications, descriptions, and listing attributes, along with automated handling for vehicle imagery.
The automation runs on an hourly cycle, meaning updates made inside EasyCars flow through to the website regularly throughout the day. New vehicles, pricing changes, description updates, and detail edits can be managed from the dealership’s existing system without needing to manually duplicate the work inside Webflow.
This created a much more efficient workflow for the Karuma team, while ensuring the website remains accurate, current, and ready for customers to browse.

The vehicle listing experience was designed to feel more like a practical inventory platform than a simple gallery.
Customers needed to compare vehicles quickly across a changing catalogue, so we prioritised clarity, speed, and filtering. The listing page allows users to narrow down vehicles by useful criteria such as price, odometer, make, and year, helping them find relevant options faster.
This browsing experience relies heavily on clean data structure. Because the EasyCars sync keeps the Webflow CMS populated with consistent vehicle information, the front-end filtering experience remains more reliable over time.
The result is a browsing journey that feels structured, efficient, and easy to refine — especially for buyers comparing multiple vehicles before making an enquiry.

Each vehicle detail page was designed to give customers the information they need without clutter or confusion.
We structured the layout around how people actually assess used cars online: key specs first, clear pricing, strong imagery, practical details, and easy enquiry options. The goal was to help customers understand the vehicle quickly, then explore deeper information if they wanted to.
The image system was an important part of this experience. The templates were built to support multiple vehicle image galleries, making it easier to present exterior, interior, and condition-related images in a more organised way.
Behind the scenes, the vehicle data and imagery are kept current by the EasyCars to Webflow sync, reducing manual effort while keeping listings aligned with the dealership’s internal system.

To support the customer journey further, we developed a custom interactive finance calculator for the website.
Rather than sending users away to a separate tool, the calculator was built directly into the browsing experience. On vehicle pages, it automatically pulls in relevant listing data — such as the vehicle price — and uses that information to pre-fill the calculator.
The tool starts with a common 20% deposit and typical interest rate, then allows users to adjust the deposit, interest rate, loan term, and payment frequency. As the user updates these inputs, the calculator responds live on screen, showing estimated weekly, fortnightly, and monthly repayments.
It also includes a clear breakdown of total repayments, including principal and interest, supported by a gauge-style visual to make the figures easier to understand at a glance.
The calculator was designed to be helpful and compliance-friendly, providing indicative, non-binding repayment guidance without overcomplicating the buying experience.

Beyond the vehicle listings, we designed and built a series of content pages to help customers better understand how Karuma Autohaus operates.
These pages cover areas such as selling a car to Karuma, vehicle imports, and other dealership services. The focus was to create clear, readable content that answers key questions early and reduces unnecessary back-and-forth before someone reaches out.
Each page was designed with clean hierarchy, intentional spacing, and clear calls to action, helping the website feel more complete as a brand and service platform — not just a stock feed.

Mobile was treated as a first-class part of the project.
Vehicle browsing often happens on the go — while customers are comparing options, researching between tasks, or revisiting a listing after seeing a car elsewhere. The site needed to feel clear, fast, and practical on smaller screens.
We designed the mobile experience to keep navigation simple, content readable, and listings easy to scan. Filters were also optimised for mobile, allowing users to narrow down vehicles by criteria such as price, odometer, make, and year without the interface feeling cramped.
The result is a site that feels consistent and usable across desktop, tablet, and mobile — while still prioritising the behaviours of mobile-first buyers.

The final website gives Karuma Autohaus a modern, scalable, and highly functional digital platform.
It strengthens their brand presence, improves the browsing experience, and reduces reliance on manual listing updates by connecting their existing dealership management workflow directly to the website.
The custom EasyCars to Webflow sync keeps inventory data and imagery updated throughout the day, while the interactive finance calculator gives customers a clearer way to explore indicative repayments before making an enquiry.
Together, these features create a website that feels simple on the surface, but is powered by a highly structured system behind the scenes.
For Karuma Autohaus, the result is a professional dealership website that supports trust, browsing, enquiries, and future growth — all from a platform they own.
Karuma Autohaus was a particularly rewarding project because it combined strong visual design with a genuinely technical back-end challenge.
On the surface, the website needed to feel clean, trustworthy, and easy to use. Underneath, it needed to solve a very practical business problem: keeping vehicle listings accurate without creating extra work for the dealership team.
The custom EasyCars to Webflow sync was the most complex and exciting part of the build. Webflow is incredibly flexible as a design and CMS platform, but connecting it to a dealership management system in this way required careful planning, data mapping, testing, and problem-solving. With more than 50 vehicle fields, image handling, hourly syncing, and structured CMS presentation, there was a lot happening behind the scenes to make the front-end experience feel effortless.
We were also proud of the finance calculator. It is a good example of how custom functionality can improve user experience without overwhelming people. By pre-filling the calculator with vehicle data and allowing users to adjust repayment variables live, we created a tool that feels simple, helpful, and connected to the browsing journey.
This project also reinforced how important it is for businesses to own their digital presence. Third-party marketplaces are useful, but they should not be the only place customers experience a brand. Karuma now has a website that gives them more control, more flexibility, and a stronger foundation for future growth.
For us, this project represents the kind of work we love: design that looks polished, development that solves real operational problems, and a final experience that makes things easier for both the business and its customers.
Here are a few more projects that showcase how we approach branding, design, and digital with clarity and intention.
