How do you get your existing customers to return after COVID restrictions ease? Well, if you’re a business that collects customer data as part of your usual operations, then you’re in luck! There are so many great resources out there that allow you to get in touch with your customers, whether that is through email, SMS or post.

If you’ve got some customer data…

Systems such as ActiveCampaign, Campaign Monitor or MailChimp make it simple for you to set up an account to fulfil your communication needs. Simply add all of your customer data into the list and let your valued customers know that you’re #BackToBusiness! 

You can share special promotions to welcome them back, introduce new products, or simply just let them know that you are back and that you can’t wait to service them again soon.

If you don’t have data to work with…

Do you have no customer data to go off though? No problem. The systems above won’t work as effectively for you, but it’ll be a great idea to implement customer data into your sales process for future use! In the meantime, let’s look at some alternative solutions.
