From here, we can put together a price quote and/or a proposal, which includes the estimated price for your project. If you’re happy to proceed, we’ll create a timeline or project plan, then jump straight into it!
Our payment structure varies across each project, depending on your needs and the most suitable structure for the individual project. If you have ongoing design needs, a retainer payment structure may be most suitable. If you need flexibility, we can offer an hourly rate solution that is billed based on the total hours used in each month. Alternatively, we can offer a flat rate solution on your design project, which typically entails a deposit at the start and payment milestones throughout until the full balance is paid on completion of the works. Or lastly, perhaps a combination of payment structures for more specialised projects.

As we are typically a business-to-business (B2B) service provider, our payment methods are pretty standard. We offer EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer), BPAY, Credit/Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), or Mobile Payments (Apple Pay/Google Pay). All payment methods, except for EFT, are managed through our invoicing system and may carry service fees.
In some instances, we offer recurring payment solutions for retainer clients, which is typically a credit/debit card payment that can be set-up to automatically bill your card each month.
