We developed a strategic marketing plan as a development of ideas and a strategic analysis for Orphic Education, a business that bridges the gap between gyms & coaching-based facilities and high-quality personal trainers.
Orphic Education was co-founded by Alex Karamouzis and Matt Witbreuk in 2018, with both partners holding their own stories and experiences in the fitness coaching sector.
We developed and analysed a range of marketing strategies that can be used through paid and organic avenues, including advertising, events & workshops.
