Just in time for the new financial year, we developed a new website for OneHQ with calendar booking functionality to streamline their internal processes.
OneHQ Accounting is a family-owned accounting firm dedicated to provide superior, flexible, and tailored tax, accounting and payroll services. They haven’t had a website previously, relying on word of mouth and traditional marketing collateral to scale their business over the past 12+ years.
With the new financial year (FY 2022-23) commencing, OneHQ Accounting were in for the busiest period of the year – tax time. Their new website makes the appointment process easier though, streamlining their sales and marketing needs while they focus on providing their accounting services.
We integrated Calendly seamlessly into the OneHQ Accounting website to enable their clients to easily book appointments for their personal, business or payroll tax needs. Clients have the choice of booking appointments for in-office, over the phone or via Microsoft Teams, and Calendly takes care of everything. From sending out the meeting invites, through to reminding clients of upcoming appointments and adding it all to the OneHQ busy calendars – this previously tedious process is now simple and efficient.
Additionally, Calendly updates the OneHQ’s availabilities live, so any changes to their schedule are instantly reflected on the booking system, ensuring no clashes or overlaps in upcoming appointments.
The core elements of this website were simple, professional and user-friendly. We took these foundations and developed a website that was the perfect balance of all three. Taking a mobile-first approach to the design, clients are able to easily find out information about how OneHQ can assist them, followed by booking an appointment to stay organised this tax time. Whether it’s mobile, desktop or tablet, the responsive website design looks great for every user.
